Delivery Details – UK Customers

When you get to the online checkout you will be given a choice of delivery services. You pick the one that you want and the cost of delivery will be shown as a separate item on the invoice. If your order value is over £100 then delivery within the UK is free.

 

You have the option of choosing delivery by Royal Mail First Class postal service or by an overnight national carrier. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of your electronic payment being accepted.

Delivery Details – International Customers

We split international deliveries into two zones - Europe and the Rest of the World. When you get to your basket you will be asked whether you are in Europe or the Rest of the World. When you tick the box the appropriate cost of delivery will be displayed. If your order value exceeds £200 you will be asked to give details by email so that delivery charges can be itemized accordingly.

 

All deliveries are made via air mail or by international air freight. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of your electronic payment being accepted.
